Raising kids in Baton Rouge is: new and exciting! Since relocating here in July, we have had nothing but great experiences (besides the traffic…). Moving in the midst of a pandemic was less than ideal, and we haven’t had the chance to explore as much as we would like. Ultimately, better schools and more access to medical specialists are what we looked forward to the most. We haven’t been disappointed yet!

Favorite family outing in Baton Rouge: Just going for a walk around the neighborhood and maybe making a stop at the park/splash pad which is right by our house! Or making a trip to the Knock Knock Museum (pre-Covid).

Raising kids in Baton Rouge is: Awesome; We love it here. We have made so many great friends and become part of an amazing community. I love that we have access to all the things the big city has to offer but we still feel “at home.”
