COVID-19 Support Group: Mindful Parenting Through the Pandemic
Grief Recovery Center (GRCBR) is partnering with Capital Area United Way to offer free VIRTUAL support groups for parents. Parents of children (0-18) who are seeking information about parenting during Covid-19 and support from other parents. This group will provide some education/information about coping strategies for both parents and children with discussion of the information presented and parenting challenges group members encountered.
