Balancing multiple health diagnoses all while trying to be everything to my kids, family, and friends. Some days feel impossible and others feel like giant victories. The little tasks in life can feel like climbing a huge mountain. For this reason I have made it my mission to help other women and moms like me. It is my heart’s desire to see women live their "brave." I founded the Be Brave organization as a non-profit two years ago. In those two years I have shared my personal journey with mental illness with thousands of women around the country....
