Current Costco Favorites

I have a love hate relationship with the fact that Costco so frequently changes out their products. I love that they are always adding new items to try but hate that some classic favorites leave the shelves for good. Thankfully we can always count on organic eggs, quality produce, applesauce pouches, toilet paper and paper towel. Otherwise, I’m on the lookout for what’s new. I love when friends share their Costco hauls and things they like, so I wanted to share some of our current Costco favorites, here’s to hoping they’ll be around awhile!

Siete Almond Flour Tortillas: I’ve been buying these from Whole Foods for a while, so I was thrilled when the 20 pack became available. I love using these for breakfast burritos, lunch wraps, and quesadillas. They stay together best when warmed in the skillet first.

Country Archer Minis Grass-Fed Beef Sticks: We absolutely love these for on-the-go snacks! My daughter takes them to school and I love to grab one in the afternoon when I’m feeling hungry. They taste delicious and don’t have any sugar!

Rao’s Marinara Sauce: In my opinion, this is the absolute best store-bought marinara sauce. It is full of flavor and doesn’t have any weird ingredients or sugar. I like keeping this on hand to pair with the Kirkland Signature Italian Style Beef meatballs to go over spaghetti noodles for a quick and easy dinner. Plus, the Kirkland Signature Shredded Parmigiano Reggiano is one of our staples and is perfect for topping a bowl of spaghetti.

Pulmuone Tonkotsu Miso Ramen: Costco has several types of ramen so make sure you look for this one in the frozen aisle. It comes with noodles, broth, meat, and toppings, although not with the marinated egg, as pictured. The broth is what makes this a yummy ramen option. I actually decided to make my own marinated eggs to go on this and they were both easy to make and really took the dish up a notch.

Everything Coated Cod: This flakey cod is coated with a gluten free everything bagel crust and it is especially delicious when cooked in the air fryer! We love to use it for fish tacos paired with avocado, thinly sliced cabbage, and red onion. Delicious!

Primal Kitchen No Dairy Buffalo Sauce: With clean ingredients and top-notch flavor, this sauce is excellent. We like to make our own chicken nuggets or put it on tacos or scrambled eggs.

Stonefire Naan Dippers: Our kiddos absolutely love this mini naan bread. They dip them in hummus, make tiny sandwiches with them, or warm them in the microwave and eat plain.

Brazi Bites Brazilian Cheese Bread: My husband eats about ten of these in one sitting. They’re delicious!

Red’s Turkey Sausage Eggwich: My husband loves having these on hand for a quick breakfast that is filling and healthy.

Kirkland Signature Organic Dried Mangos: There have only been a few times when these weren’t available and I was extremely distressed. These taste like candy and are a family favorite.

Hippeas Organic Vegan White Cheddar Chickpea Puffs: We like these puffs because of their super crunchy texture and cheesy flavor. Hits the spot!

Kevin’s Natural Foods Roasted Garlic Chicken: This paleo dinner option is really good to keep in the fridge for when you’re in a pinch. It doesn’t taste like your average frozen dinner, the sauce is flavorful and the meat is good quality. The Thai Style Coconut Chicken is delicious as well.

That Pickle Guy Olive Muffalata: I’m obsessed with putting this stuff on a turkey sandwich! Or just eating it with crackers. The salty tang is too good.

Parm Crisps, Everything Flavor: These salty, crunchy crips are incredible on salads or just eaten by the handful.

La Boulangerie Spicy Chicken Sandwich on Brioche Bun: This was accidentally delivered to us in our Instacart order (I prefer to go into Costco so I can see what’s new, but sometimes grocery delivery is the way to go!) I haven’t tried them, but my husband thoroughly enjoyed these sandwiches. He cooked the chicken in the air fryer separately before heating all of it together and said it was delicious.

These are our current Costco favorites and now I’ve got to know, what are yours?
