We are thrilled to introduce our community to TWO new members of the Red Stick Mom team. Each one is a dynamic, warm and inspiring mom in Baton Rouge, and we can’t wait for you all to get to know them. We are humbled and honored to have these women join our team.

Favorite snowball flavor: coconut with condensed milk
Favorite Baton Rouge Restaurant: Bistro Byronz
During LSU games you’ll find her … usually at home with friends watching the game and enjoying some yummy smoked meat cooked by my husband. Occasionally, you will find me at the game. I am embarrassed to admit I am not a big fan of tailgating. I know this is shocking considering I live in Baton Rouge and love the LSU tigers!
Favorite family outing in Baton Rouge: Bike riding. During COVID we explored many of the bike trails around town and were surprised to find peace, quiet and nature in the middle of the city.
Raising kids in Baton Rouge is: A lot of fun. I grew up in small town Thibodaux, so I love the opportunity and potential Baton Rouge has to offer for my children.

Favorite snowball flavor: Bubble Gum w/ Evaporated Milk on top… yep, still a kid! Haha
Favorite Baton Rouge Restaurant: Tio Javi’s
During LSU games you’ll find her … at home with friends over! My husband normally cooks some kind of Louisiana comfort food, possibly gumbo or jambalaya!
Favorite family outing in Baton Rouge: BREC’s Baton Rouge Zoo, Knock Knock Museum or the park
Raising kids in Baton Rouge is: incredible! Having lived in Houma and Lafayette, Baton Rouge is my absolute favorite. My husband was born and raised in Baton Rouge. I relocated here for a job from Lafayette, and that’s when we moved back to his hometown. Baton Rouge is a city like no other and it’s full of energy, especially when it comes to the Tigers!
