Thank you to Lil Bambinos Playtorium for another wonderful playdate held at their venue. Activities include everything from sliding, jumping, crawling, reading, building blocks, trains, putting on puppet shows, grocery shopping and more! We recommend looking at this playtorium for your next Baton Rouge birthday celebration, or you can check their calendar to see available days and times to bring your family to play. Thank you to When You Wish Entertainment for always providing the best characters and arriving more than prepared to entertain all guests. We love this company and recommend them for your character needs for various events including birthday parties!

Thank You To Our Table and Interactive Sponsors ::

We are incredibly thankful to When You Wish Entertainment for sending the jolliest fella around, Santa Claus and his elf Peppa-Mint, all the way to Baton Rouge. We highly recommend you check out this entertainment company and their many characters to choose from. They come prepared to have a great time. We were happy to welcome back our friends at Sherman and Balhoff Specialists in Orthodontics. They had so many swag goodies at their table and also managed “Letters to Santa,” which the kids loved. We highly recommend them for you or your children’s orthodontic needs. The dearly loved Mimosa Handcrafted brought the jazz with her locally-made jewelry and even had a fun reindeer craft for the kids. For the first time, we welcomed St. John Primary and St. Theresa Middle. They brought the coolest spin art for the kids to make, and we couldn’t have been more impressed by this awesome interactive part of the day. Then we had The Hive Ceramics join us for the most adorable ornament making craft where the kids could put their thumbprint on the ornament. We highly recommend looking into their traveling parties for lots of fun! Last but not least, how could we do with out the most amazing balloon display compliments of Bayou Balloons? The talent here is absolutely amazing and we can’t wait to have more!

Thank You To Our Food Sponsors ::

Can we just say that we had the YUMMIEST food y’all?! Let’s start with our wonderful donut sponsor, Thee Heavenly Donut. We cannot say enough about this deliciousness and to boot, we tasted the popular fried king cake! Y’all know Mardi Gras is right around the corner, right? Next, we had Chef Jeremy Coco bring the most delicious smoked tomato basil soup paired with gourmet grilled cheese. He offers a multitude of services from personal in-home cooking to weekly deliveries of his seasonal selections. We were super excited to welcome back Clean Creations, and the kids loved the yogurt bowls with assorted toppings. They have a weekly delivery service that will knock your socks off with bold and fresh flavor. Lastly, we couldn’t get over how wonderful Zaxby’s was. They showed up ready to make some families happy with their yummy Chicken Nibblerz that were nibbled right up!

Charity of Choice :: Donuts With Santa

As with all of our events, we choose a charity in our community. We couldn’t have been more excited for all of the teddy bears, play-doh and other art supplies that guests brought for McMains Children’s Development Center. They were absolutely thrilled to receive these items for their patient’s holiday party.

Ericka P.
Ericka is originally a New Orleans gal who was raised to begin many dishes with a roux. Since 2011, she has happily embraced the Red Stick life with her husband of seven years, Tyler. Although she met her husband at an LSU game after her car broke down, they both attended Northwestern State University where she graduated with a Business Administration degree. After graduation, she and Tyler took a leap of faith and tied the knot. She dabbled in the corporate scene but eventually returned to school to pursue her passion for teaching and earned a Master’s degree in Elementary Education. She taught at an inner-city school in Baton Rouge for 3 years where she gained a family of students and colleagues alike. She’s traded in her beloved Expo pens and clipboard to stay home with her sweet and adventurous one-year-old son, Cullen. She is so grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the sisterhood of fellow moms. Motherhood has been the best roller coaster she’s ever been on and even at the most challenging times, she tries to remember to embrace the chaos and “bless this mess” mentality. Ericka loves a good conversation, coffee, empowering other women {because we can all use a little encouragement}, laughing, baking and making memories with her family.
