Catch Me at Tumbles

*This post is not sponsored. My family just loves Tumbles so much, I had to share with our readers.

Y’all. TUMBLES.

I’m telling myself I found the most amazing Hidden Gem of South Baton Rouge. In reality, I’m likely late to the “cool mom” game and everyone already knew about this.

But let me rave about my toddler’s most favorite place. I mean he wakes up asking to go to Tumbles.

I first heard of Tumbles from my PREK4 students. My students came in one Monday ALL sharing about the most fabulous birthday party at a place called TUMBLES.
Then shamed me for not taking Henry there. WHAT?

Immediately I look this four-year-old approved place up. They know my Henry and insisted he loved it.

Our first class was free. We all know with kids how important this is. Every adventure is a gamble.

Henry walked into Tumbles like he owned the place. We were both introduced and greeted by every single staff member. Class began with some free time in the gym. Henry ran all over exploring every new item. The moms all greeted him.

The class involved circle time with songs and stretching and greetings. We transitioned into stations that had structured tasks to help specific gross motor skills and free play which also fosters other gross motor skills!

Every class is completely different. New toys and games and skills every time. Every class is more fun than the last. Henry loves Mondays because we go to Tumbles class!

Now, let me rave about their free play. The hottest spot for a play date in town! Air-conditioned slides, towers, bridges. We are at free play at least three times a week. If it was up to Henry we would be here daily. The equipment allows adults to climb and play with their children. After a few times, Henry found his independence and roams all on his own. This turns into a perfect break for mom to visit, answer emails, schedule grocery pickups, and enjoy a little snack.

But my favorite, most absolute favorite, part of tumbles would be THE STAFF.
Henry is known by name, cheered on always, and welcomed every time by all the team members. He feels so loved, confident, and at home at tumbles!

Tumbles offers camps, a variety of classes, birthday parties, memberships, etc. I could attempt to explain it all but you can see it all yourself on their website!!!
