Join BREC For The Great Family Camp Out
Does the beautiful spring weather have you ready for the ultimate family outdoor adventure? Next weekend, BREC is hosting their family-favorite Great Family Camp Out at Highland Road Community Park, and it’s the perfect activity for everyone, 
from the camping pro to the outdoor novice!
You’ll begin your stay at beautiful Highland Road Community Park and immediately be welcomed into the tent village for registration and games. Outdoor Adventure activities like hiking, inflatables, archery, paddling, crafts, yard games and more will be available for you from 4 p.m. until dark. Food is provided for you, so whenever your crew gets hungry, stop by the snack station for hotdogs, s’mores and other goodies whenever the cravings hit. When the sun begins to set, families will gather around the campfire for songs, stories and a movie.
Whenever your family is ready for lights out, you’re welcome to head to your tent. The campsites are divided by your sleeping preference! If you’re an “early to bed, early to rise” crew, there’s a spot in the tent village just for you. Or if you’re more of a “late to bed, late to rise” kind of family, you’ll hang out on the opposite side of our little village.
After you’ve had a night together under the stars, you’ll wake refreshed in a beautiful BREC park! Breakfast is ready when you are and low-key activities will be available for play until your family is ready to tackle your Sunday plans.
