Struggling? Me, Too…Insert the Crockpot

crockpot cooking

I have a few things to say, but I know everyone came here for the recipes. So I’ll do y’all a solid so you don’t have to scroll for years to find the recipes…

I’m not sure if it’s because this is the first year where I feel like things are getting back to normal but WHEW, am I the only one that can’t get into the swing of things yet? Between juggling school drop off, daycare drop off, a full-time job, household duties, laundry, and school/daycare pick up … it’s just nonstop. Even typing that makes me exhausted and I know I’m missing SO many things. I haven’t even mentioned after-school activities or feeding the family.

Something had to give and dinner was one of those things. Insert our oldie but goodie crockpot! Between our crockpot and having routine dinners for the week, I can finally focus on other things!

Hopefully, the 4 crockpot meals I’ve included can be added to your weekly routine and maybe juuuust maybe help ease the chaos of the week!

Michelle, and her wonderful husband Michael, moved to Baton Rouge from Houma, 3 years ago to help launch Anchor Chapel. Though it's been 3 years, there's a 99.9% chance she'll still get lost unless she uses the GPS on her phone. They are the parents to a spunky, Disney loving 2-year-old named Maverick. She graduated from Nicholls State University and earned her degree in Mass Communication with a concentration in Public Relations. She has since then has decided to trade that in for a life of a working stay at home mom. She loves all things Jesus, Lush, and Disney!
