I love creating festive recipes when it comes to the holidays. With Easter coming up in a few weeks, I had to create a recipe that was not only easy but brought all the Easter vibes. Enter in this 3 Ingredient Peeps Easter Dip. Peeps basically yell Easter. Whether you are a fan of these sugary marshmallows or not, you will be a fan of this dip.

Ingredients:

  • 18 Peeps marshmallows
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 – 8oz block of cream cheese, softened at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • food coloring (to brighten it up)
  • Easter sprinkles (optional)

To a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese and beat it until creamy. Add in the powdered sugar and continue to mix until the powdered sugar is incorporated into the cream cheese. You can add your food coloring here. Set aside while you wait on the melted marshmallow mixture.

Melt the butter and Peeps in a saucepan over medium heat. Make sure to stir this mixture throughout the heating process because it will easily burn. Once the Peeps and butter are completely melted and mixed well, fold the mixture into the cream cheese mixture. Add the dip to a serving bowl. You can top it with fun Easter sprinkles before serving with Nilla Wafers, graham crackers, or whatever other cookie of your choice! This 3 Ingredient Peeps Easter Dip will be the talk of any Easter get together.

So tell me this. Are you a Peeps fan?
